Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Site and make purchases.
Products & Orders
- All products are original designs by Bunaaz — no copies.
- We offer unstitched (fabric only) and stitched (ready-to-wear in Small, Medium, Large sizes).
- Prices are in PKR, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel/refuse orders due to errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
- Product images/colors may vary slightly due to screen/display differences.
Payment Payments via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer. All transactions are secure. You are responsible for any additional fees (e.g., bank charges).
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping within Pakistan only (unless specified).
- Delivery times are estimates — 3-7 business days (may vary by location).
- Shipping charges calculated at checkout.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Intellectual Property All designs, images, logos, and content on the Site are owned by Bunaaz. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bunaaz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
