How long does delivery take?
Unstitched orders arrive in 3–5 working days and stitched orders in 5–7 working days via PostEx, after dispatch.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused with tags intact. Sale items are final.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over PKR 5,000. A flat PKR 250 applies below that.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — we offer both Cash on Delivery and advance bank transfer across Pakistan.
