The website and store Bunaaz are operated by U-Square (NTN: 1498771), located at 139, Street 3, Block A, Al-Faisal Town, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. By using our website and placing orders, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Products & Descriptions

We sell women's fashion apparel, including stitched and unstitched clothing. We make every effort to display our products, colours, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and photography, and this is not considered a defect.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices, product offerings, and availability at any time without prior notice.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer an alternative, exchange, or refund.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. An order is confirmed only once we accept it and, where applicable, arrange dispatch. We may cancel an order and issue a refund if we are unable to fulfil it.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order is delivered.
Bank Transfer — payment made in advance to our provided account details.

For COD orders, please ensure the correct amount is available at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to verify orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available within Pakistan only. Shipping timeframes, charges, and courier details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order.
