At Bunaaz (operated by U-Square), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work. We deliver across Pakistan only, and the terms below apply to orders placed on https://bunaaz.com.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed, in its original condition;

  • With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact;

  • Free from any stains, marks, alterations, or signs of use.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where they are faulty or incorrect:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason:

Our team will confirm whether your request is eligible and share the return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

If the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos. In such cases, we will arrange and cover the return and replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund.

6. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or design (subject to availability), let us know when you request your return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the exchange. Any price difference or additional delivery charge (if applicable) will be communicated to you.

7. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility conditions, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer within 7 working days of approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by you. Please share your account title, account number/IBAN, and bank name when requesting the refund.

Please note that original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable, except in cases of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe after approval, please first check with your bank, then contact us at contact@bunaaz.com and we will assist you.

9. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be handled under the return terms above.
