This Shipping Policy explains how Bunaaz (operated by U-Square) processes and delivers orders placed on https://bunaaz.com.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship within Pakistan only, nationwide. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Courier Partner

All orders are delivered through our courier partner, PostEx. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [1–2] working days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are as follows:

  • Unstitched clothing: 3 to 5 working days.

  • Stitched clothing: 5 to 7 working days.

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier conditions.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders over PKR 5,000.

  • A flat shipping charge of PKR 250 applies to orders below PKR 5,000.

6. Payment Options at Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as advance bank transfer. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

7. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive your PostEx tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can use these to check the status of your delivery. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us.

8. Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, peak seasons, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist you in tracking any delayed order.

9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failure to receive the delivery, re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge.
